Smooth and rich, these fudges are out of the normal spectrum of fudges.

• Kahlua – Flavored with Milk Chocolate and coffee, but without the alcohol sine it would cook out anyway.
• German Chocolate – Inspired by the traditional cake, we use a blend of Milk and Semi Sweet Chocolates and Pecans to make the fudge, and a ribbon of Coconut-Pecan Icing to make it special.
• Penuche – Not too easy to find any longer, this fudge uses a 50/50 ratio of white and brown sugar to achieve that old fashioned maplely/molassesly flavor unique to Penuche.
• Valencian – Vanilla Fudge with hints of Saffron and Anise. Inspired by the Saffron fields of Valencia, Spain. Exclusively made at the Georgetown Valley Candy Company.
