Our fudge? It’s dreamy.

Georgetown Valley Candy Company’s fudge is a beautiful thing!  It is as legendary as our Caramel Corn.  All the butter and milk we use in our fudge comes from our very own breed: “High Mountain Flat-Back Cows.” Not only is the breed of cow unique, but also Rube has trained them to sleep on their backs. As a result, when the Olde Goat goes to collect the dairy, the cream has already collected at the top, ready to be made into butter. Amazingly, the cows now help Rube churn the cream into butter. As they do their daily exercises on Rube’s patented “Butter Churning Treadmill,” our cows stay healthy and happy.  And, happy healthy cows make better dairy!

Once we have the dairy, we combine it with sugar and heat, as well as love, smiles and kisses. It is then poured out onto a marble slab, tempered just right, and placed into a mold. After so much excitement, 24 hours of rest and relaxation is all the fudge needs to make it perfect and smooth.

All this effort produces fabulously creamy fudge. It’s just dreamy.

Fudge comes in 4-8 oz.. hand cut slabs in a wide variety of flavors. Explore all our varieties to find the one that’s ideal for you.
